Meet Our Team

Wendy Marshall

Wendy Marshall is a Client Service Associate at Cultivate Financial Planning. She is committed to helping clients with their service requests and building relationships with them. She heads up our back-office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Wendy’s previous work history involved working as an administrative assistant and staff accountant for a local CPA firm where she learned the importance of maintaining positive client relationships and developed some seriously good organization skills.

She is currently attending Radford University as a graphic design student and looks forward to joining the design field in the future. While in attendance she has won gold, silver, and runner up in the local and regional 2023 ADDY Awards (Olympics of the advertising world) in the student division for her design work.

In Wendy’s free time she can be found making funny T-shirt designs for her friends, playing with and going on long walks her two dogs, or reading a really good book (she’s always up for a recommendation).
